Samsung 3D TV
One of the earliest adopters of 3D, Samsung is the first big name manufacturer to release their new line of 3D Ready LCD and LED TVs in 2010. Samsung has announced 4 different lines of 3D TVs ranging from entry level television sets to top-of-the-line, premium 3D TVs.

Samsung UNC 9000 Series LED 3D TV
The Samsung 9000 Series 3D TVs wowed audiences at CES 2010, with their razor thin displays (0.28 inches deep), sexy brushed metal look and gorgeous, full color, touch screen remote controls. These premium TVs come integrated with a 3D processing unit that is capable of on-the-fly upconversion of regular 2D video content into 3D. Samsung’s top-of-the-line LED TVs also boast internet connectivity along with WiFi capabilities. With the ability to run internet applications and stream Netflix amongst other things, Samsung’s 9000 Series of 3D capable TVs are excellent choices for building a top shelf home entertainment system.

Samsung PNC 8000 Series Plasma 3D TV
Samsung announced their brand new line of 3D ready Plasma TVs early in 2010. These Plasma TVs will feature an ultra slim, brushed titanium bezel along with Samsung’s Touch of ColorTM color schemes. They also feature new Real Black Filter technology from Samsung for cutting down glare due to ambient light, thus delivering improved picture quality and black levels. With support for true 3D 1080p content, and the latest plasma TV technology, the PNC 8000 series from Samsung is an exciting line of premium Plasma 3D TVs.

Samsung’s 7000 series LED TVs also incorporate LED lighting and feature a slim flat panel, albeit a shade thicker than the 8000 and 9000 Series models. They do possess a smaller bezel making these mid-range LCD 3D TVs a very attractive option for budget shoppers.
7000 Series 3D Ready LED Televisions:
Samsung C750 Series LCD TV
While details on Samsung’s C750 Series are hard to come by, these TVs incorporate a traditionally CCFL (cold cathode fluorescent lamp) backlight along with Samsung’s 240Hz Ultramotion technology for enhanced video quality for sports programming.
